Hamilton Allen is an Urban Entomology doctoral student in the Zungoli/Benson lab here at Clemson University. His research interests include pest insect control and behavioral ecology of invasive ants. Currently, he is studying the biology and behavior of the Asian needle ant, Pachycondyla chinensis (Emery). In addition to research, Hamilton serves as Treasurer for the Clemson Univ. Entomology Club and as Secretary of Engagement for Clemson Graduate Student Government.

Program: PhD in the industrial engineering
Myrtede is a Miami native and earner her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in human resources management and Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida International University. She enrolled at Clemson University in 2012 to pursue her PhD in Industrial Engineering. Upon graduation she plans to fundamentally change how organizations run their selection process.

Ashley Isreal is a doctoral student in the Educational Leadership program with a focus in Higher Education. She received her Master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina in 2012. She received her bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University in 2010.

Shanaee Bodrick

Program: PhD in Educational Leadership
Shanaee Bodrick, a Charlotte, NC native is a student in the Educational Leadership PhD program, with a concentration in Higher Education. Prior to Clemson, Shanaee earned her Master of Arts from Howard University in Public History and her Bachelor of Arts from Virginia State University where she majored in History and Philosophy. Currently, Shanaee's research focuses on philanthropy at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). She plans to enter into nonprofit work post graduation.

Mr. Wiles graduated cum laude from Philander Smith College with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. He holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed doctoral coursework in higher education administration at the University of South Carolina.
